Premkamal Spas LLC is a leader in providing premium spa services in Hawaii and the British Virgin Islands, operating five high-end spa destinations.
 

They faced significant revenue fluctuations due to the tourism-based nature of their locations, particularly during the off-season. Without a strategy in place to ensure steady sales throughout the year, it was difficult to manage the ebb and flow of customer demand.

I implemented a data-driven strategy to boost sales by carefully testing and optimizing across different platforms.

For Hawaii, where tourists primarily search on Google, the strategy focused on optimizing the spas’ visibility and ranking on top Google search results. In contrast, for the British Virgin Islands, where social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook were more effective, the strategy shifted to attract customers from these networks.

 

After months of testing, I fine-tuned campaigns to maximize results for each location.
